Quest for Authentic Manhood Course

We are currently seeking Male teachers to teach this class. Contact Director Lee Brodie at brobrodie81@gmail.com or Sis.Brodie at 214-755-9356.  The course entitled “The Quest for Authentic Manhood” is taught at the Beto unit, currently.

The purpose of the course is to teach men God’s definition of a man, how to understand influences of the past, and how to change and become a man of Christ.  Graduation requirements include attending the twenty-four classes and writing a ‘Manhood Plan.”

 

Quest for Authentic Manhood Course at Beto Holds Graduation

In May 2014, twenty-two (22) men and 10 facilitators graduated from Men’s Fraternity at the George Beto Unit.  Under the leadership of Concord Church, Daron Pace, Cedric Jordan, and Thomas Wattley taught the course entitled “The Quest for Authentic Manhood.”

Bryan Carter, Senior Pastor of Concord Church, gave the graduation speech and charge to the graduates.  This was the first time he had visited Beto.  After the graduation program, a luncheon was held with ‘free-world food.’  The luncheon included fried-chicken macaroni salad, baked bean, rolls, and cake.
